How Does Working Out Affect Productivity? [INFOGRAPHIC]

Sure, putting in your hours at the gym will help to keep your waistline in check and reduce your risk of developing many chronic illnesses.  But is it possible that regular workouts could improve your business productivity as well?

In fact, the answer may just be a resounding “Yes!”  According to Jim McKenna, a research professor at Leeds Metropolitan University, six out of ten workers involved in a recent study reported exercise-driven improvements in time management, mental performance and their ability to meet deadlines.

    Thanks for posting this Jen!

I’ve been trying to work out in the morning before work for the last few weeks and although I HATE waking up early for it, I end up feeling so much better than if I hadn’t worked out at all.

Now this infograph just confirms it.

    Thanks again!

Thanks Drew! It definitely makes a difference. I always hate working out during but afterwards I feel awesome. I’ve been doing a mix between morning and lunch time work outs.

      Keep it up!

Great job on this infographic guys. Very well done. I was actually just working on a similar one but you beat me to the finish line. We have an app for that and are trying to popularize the idea of working out at your desk. Evidence shows you actually need to workout in small intervals throughout the day to reduce the health risks of the desk job.

Love your product too. Recommend it all the time
